Radiology - Overview

Overview of the Department
The Radiology Department at Speare Memorial Hospital performs a variety of diagnostic and wellness procedures.  The department is committed to providing the best service to our patients, using current technologies. In 2005 the department moved into the newly constructed East Wing of Speare Memorial Hospital. With this move the department installed a new Radiology/Digital fluoroscopy room, new Cat Scan equipment, which provides MDCT scanning technology, and created the women’s imaging center, providing ultrasound, mammography and bone density services, as well as offering a private waiting area for women.  Specialty services include MRI, and Nuclear Medicine.

Radiology Reception - appointment desk:  238-2232 contact hours are 0730-1700.  For questions after normal business hours contact the Speare Memorial Switch board, and ask for the Radiology department.
