SMH Human Resource Officer Earns Professional Certification

| PLYMOUTH, N.H.--- Laurie Bolognani, human resources officer at Speare Memorial Hospital, has earned certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. The certification is awarded by the Human Resources Certification Institute of the Society for Human Resources Management, of which Bolognani has been a member for seven years. | |

| Bolognani said pursuing certification had been one of her professional goals and felt ready for the challenge. She said it took her three hours to complete the test, following several weeks of preparation in which she learned a great deal, as well as refreshed her knowledge of industry standards. | |
