Anne Thatcher, APRN
Anne Thatcher’s career has included serving patients in emergency medicine, occupational medicine and primary care. She earned her bachelor’s in nursing from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and received her master’s from the University of New Hampshire, becoming a family nurse practicioner. She also serves as faculty for the UNH Graduate Nurse Practitioner Program.
Anne is a part of Speare Primary Care and her office is at our Boulder Point location.
Dr. Joseph Ebner
Dr. Joseph Ebner brings a special interest in female urinary incontinence, menopausal issues, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and obstetrics to Plymouth OB/GYN. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, and his doctorate from the Medical College of Ohio. Dr. Ebner completed his residency at Albany Medical Center, New York, and is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology
Dr. John Richards
For more than 30 years, Dr. John Richards has been bringing “big-city eye care close to home,” to the greater Plymouth area. He received both his graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Colorado. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Richards completed his internship in Newport News, Virginia, and continued on to his three-year ophthalmology training at the University of Rochester, New York, at Strong Memorial Hospital. Dr. Richards certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Vanessa Hahn, APRN
Vanessa is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her bachelor’s in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Naperville, Ill., and holds a master’s from Massachusetts’s College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences University. Originally from Maine, Vanessa says she loves the outdoors. It was central New Hampshire’s natural environment that interested her in the position at Speare Primary Care.
Dr. Victor Gennaro
Dr. Gennaro is committed to providing central New Hampshire with comprehensive orthopedic care, close to home. His special interests include the Total Join Replacement program, trauma, sports medicine and spine surgery. He is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia and completed his orthopedic surgical residency at Philadelphia’s Metropolitan Hospital, Central Division. He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Christopher Russo
Dr. Christopher Russo brings the latest in advanced treatments for macular degeneration to the practice. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Villanova University and his doctorate from Drexel University College of Medicine. Following an Internship at Winthrop University Hospital, SUNY Stony Brook, he completed his three-year ophthalmology residency at Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Institute, University of Colorado, Denver. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Linda Haller
Linda Haller, M.D., FACOG, joined Plymouth OB/GYN in 2013. Dr. Haller has lived and practiced in New Hampshire for 22 years. Completing her premedical degree work at California State University, she earned her doctorate from the University of California, Irvine, College of Medicine.
Dr. Mark Banister
Dr. Banister received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts in Boston and his doctorate from the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine in Worcester. He completed his residency, and was chief resident, at Albany Medical Center, New York. Dr. Banister is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Britt McDonald, PA-C
Having worked as the internal medicine physician assistant at Tenney Mountain Internal Medicine, Brittania McDonald received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Colorado State University. She also received an MS PA from the University of New England College of Health Professions in Maine. Ms. McDonald is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Dr. Michael Giovan
As the Plymouth State University Team Physician and an associate professor in the University’s Department of Athletic Training, Dr. Giovan focuses on getting his patients “back in the game” whether it be on the field, on the job, or an enhanced quality of life. He earned his doctorate at the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C.; did his residency at the Maricopa Medical Center Orthopaedic Training Program in Phoenix, Arizona; and completed a Shoulder and elbow/Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Core Institute in Sun City West, Arizona. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
