Before You Start the Enrollment Process

Your Privacy is a Top Priority.

stop-authorized-personnel-only-no-admittance-stop-signs-7633b-baIn order to enroll in the mySpeare Patient Portal, we need to have your email address on file along with your medical record number in your electronic medical record.

The email address needs to be specific for one person (yourself) in order for your Portal enrollment to be successful. Our staff will ask for a photo identification to ensure your privacy when entering your data into our system.


How to make sure we have your personal email address on file

  1. You can update your email address in person with our Patient Access staff when you are registering for an outpatient hospital visit.
  2. You can come to the Medical Records Office (Health Information Department) at Speare Memorial Hospital. We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. You will be required to present a photo identification.

  • Your Speare Medical Record number
  • Date of birth
  • Your personal home email address
