Speare Memorial Hospital - Shifts Differentials
Effective July 4, 2004
Recognizing that Per Diem individuals have varying levels of commitment we offer three Plans for them to choose from. As requirements for non- traditional work hours increases with each option, the rewards increase.

| Weekday Evening | $2.50 |
| Weekday Night | $5.50 |
| Weekend Day | $2.00 |
| Weekend Evening | $4.50 |
| Weekend Night | $7.50 |
Holiday Differential ? For all six holidays, the holiday differential will be paid at time and a half of base rate.
