Whether you are a serious runner getting ready for the upcoming race season, an avid walker logging
steps on your pedometer, or inspired to get up, get out, and get moving more, we are the event for you.
Speare’s Shamrock Shuffle was developed in response to an identified community health need to live a more active lifestyle. This event encourages participants of all ages and abilities. The event is not officially timed, as our focus is to encourage community members to take steps toward a more active lifestyle.
Add in a St.Patrick’s Day theme for a fun twist, completing the course is sure to raise your heart rate and your spirits as we get ready to welcome spring.Proceeds from the event will support Speare’s community outreach and health education programs.

Race Start 9 a.m.
Cost is $10, children 5 and under are free but must be registered to participate.
Online registration is open from February 6th at noon until March 11th at 11:00 p.m.
Registration/Sign In at 8 a.m. inside the Plymouth Regional Senior Center Race Starts at 9 a.m.
Start and finish is at the Plymouth Regional Senior Center in Plymouth. The course is a 5K (3.1 mile course) through the streets/neighborhoods of Plymouth offering a mix of straight flats, short hill climbs and easy down hill trots.
Race Day Raffles
All participants receive one raffle ticket at registration/sign-in, but can purchase more to increase your chances of winning. Once all participants have crossed the finish line we will award raffle prizes
