On the job training or apprenticeship program in a related field preferred. 1 year of experience in HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, maintenance or painting required. Description: The Online Content Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing the hospital’s online promotional strategy, as an extension of our overall strategic communications plan. This will include: enhancing the use of social media including, but not limited to, Facebook, YouTube, Linked-In, Twitter, Pinterest and/or blogs; online reputation management (i.e. Angie’s List, Google, Yelp, Yahoo reviews); daily posting activities and maintenance of the hospital’s website to ensure relevant, timely and accurate content; working with hospital department and practice directors/supervisors to update, develop and recommend new content and online strategies. Bachelors degree in communications, computer science, graphic arts or related field required. 3 years professional experience in Web content creations, public relations and/or marketing required. Position: Clinical Leader

Description: Under the direction of the Nursing Director, the Clinical Leader is responsible for assisting with the operational leadership and management of the unit. He/she is responsible for team and individual development, utilization of human, technical and material resources and quality improvement activities at the unit and organization level. The Clinical Leader assists the Director in fiscal responsibilities. Position: Environmental Services Technician (4 positions)

Position: Registered Respiratory Therapist
Status: 40 hours/week days with weekend, holiday, and call rotation
Description: Conducts cardiological and pulmonary tests and respiratory care modalities for the in-patient and out-patient population. Such tests provide data for use in diagnosing heart and lung diseases using electrocardiograph, treadmill, holter monitor and spirometers. In addition is responsible for setting up and operating various oxygen delivery devices, to include ventilator management and respiratory care treatment, evaluation and assessment. Advanced level practitioner. Graduate of American Medical Association approved School of Respiratory Therapy and successful completion of the Registry Examination required (new grads eligible). 1-3 years of respiratory therapy clinical experience preferred. New Hampshire State Board of Registration and Medicine Respiratory Therapy Licensure required.

Status: 36 hours/week with every other weekend
Description: The Paramedic participates as a member of the nursing staff by performing various assessments, treatments and technical task as requested. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, the Paramedic assists with the delivery of non-critical and critical emergency care within the limits of his/her training, and documents that care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. High School Graduate or equivalent required. Experience in a health care setting required; Three to five years experience in a hospital setting serving the same age/type of patient population preferred. Must be a certified EMT-P (Paramedic) in the State of New Hampshire. Must have current BLS certification (adult, child, and infant), PALS and ACLS; specialized trauma courses preferred.

Description: This position serves the Speare Physician’s Group by maintaining and organizing systems that monitor and manage key provisions of payer contracts, vendor contracts, and physician employment contracts; including analytical work to monitor related contract provisions. Activities will include monitoring key contract dates to assure timely response, assisting with financial analyses and modeling, and assisting with generating financial, and other informational presentation materials. High School graduate required. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred. Intermediate level of ability with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications required. Minimum 1 year experience in a medical environment preferred. Prior experience with physician practice billing and strong customer service orientation preferred.
